Join Jack FM at the 12th annual Los Angeles Walk Now for Autism Speaks
Registration begins at 8AM, entertainment and stage programs at 9AM, and the Walk begins at 9AM with a rolling start every ten minutes through 11AM.
Powered by volunteers and families with loved ones on the autism spectrum, this fundraising effort generates vital funds for autism research and raises awareness about the increasing prevalence of autism, the fastest-growing serious developmental disorder in the US, and the need for increased research funding to combat this complex disorder.
Walk Now for Autism Speaks is North America’s largest grassroots autism walk. Last year’s LA Autism Walk hosted 50,000 people, raised $2.2M, and was named the highest fundraising autism walk in the country for 2013.
For tenth year at the Rose Bowl, ABC7 Eyewitness News Anchor Phillip Palmer will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.
